Tristan Shakespeare
Founder
Tristan Shakespeare brings nearly a decade of experience advising organizations on government strategy, stakeholder engagement, and political intelligence. He also leads client relations at Point1, where he works with companies, trade associations, and advocacy organizations on public affairs strategy and policy communications.
His career spans senior roles across every level of government affairs — from the Republican National Committee, where he directed strategy across Washington, D.C. and 11 states, to state-level operations in California during a cycle that reshaped the congressional map. That experience built a deep understanding of how federal policy is made, who the key stakeholders are, and what it takes to move from monitoring to action.
He founded Three Crowns to solve a problem he saw firsthand: companies that depend on the federal government were flying blind, relying on fragmented tools and expensive consultants for intelligence that should be integrated, automated, and actionable. Three Crowns gives every government-facing business the same caliber of policy infrastructure previously reserved for the largest firms and lobbying shops.
