Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Three Crowns Policy Group LLC (“Three Crowns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at threecrownspolicygroup.com and the associated client intelligence portal (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Formal client engagements are also governed by individual subscription agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed subscription agreement, the subscription agreement shall prevail.

1. Service Description

Three Crowns provides a subscription-based federal policy intelligence platform. The Platform aggregates publicly available data from federal government sources, applies AI-powered analysis to assess relevance to your organization, and presents actionable intelligence through a secure client portal.

Our services may also include lobbying, advocacy, regulatory engagement, and strategic counsel as described in your subscription agreement.

2. Account Terms

Each subscription provides access for one organization. Your subscription includes up to five (5) user seats. Additional seats may be added at $250 per month per seat, as specified in your subscription agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization’s account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts and keep it current
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform for internal business intelligence purposes only. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly display our analysis, reports, or intelligence output without our written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to access data belonging to other clients or circumvent security measures
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, analytical methodologies, reports, and all content generated by Three Crowns, is our proprietary intellectual property or is used under license.

During your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the intelligence output provided through the Platform for your organization’s internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content.

The underlying government data aggregated by our Platform is public information. Our proprietary value lies in the analysis, relevance scoring, presentation, and intelligence layer we apply to that data.

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

The analysis and intelligence provided through the Platform are generated using AI-powered systems applied to publicly available government data sources. While we take reasonable measures to ensure accuracy and timeliness:

• Our analysis is not legal, financial, or lobbying advice
• AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions
• Data from government sources may be delayed, incomplete, or subsequently corrected by the issuing agency
• Clients should independently verify critical information before making business, compliance, or strategic decisions

Three Crowns provides intelligence to inform your decision-making, not to replace professional legal, financial, or regulatory counsel.

6. Payment Terms

Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, as specified in your subscription agreement.

• Payment terms, including pricing and billing method, are detailed in your subscription agreement
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in your subscription agreement

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a subscription with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Platform will continue through the end of your current billing period
• After the access period ends, your account will be deactivated and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export or request your data prior to deletion

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Platform’s availability and to refresh data on a daily basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or real-time data availability.

• The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
• Data from government sources is dependent on those agencies’ publication schedules and API availability
• We do not currently offer a formal service level agreement (SLA), though we work to resolve issues promptly

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Three Crowns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made or actions taken based on intelligence provided through the Platform
• Policy outcomes, legislative results, or regulatory decisions
• Inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in data or analysis
• Loss of business, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by your organization to Three Crowns in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We provide intelligence and analysis to support your organization’s decision-making. We do not guarantee any specific policy outcomes, legislative results, or business results.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Crowns, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice to active subscribers by email or through the Platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
